Did I really need to order takeout tonight? Do I need the extra fat & calories? Do I like spending my hard earned money on fast food? Or as it should b called FAT FOOD! Of course not. But I, as we do it because it is easy.
I went to this site, it says "It is designed to help you prepare quick & healthy (Weight Watchers friendly) recipes at home. We help you build a food list for shopping & then we show you how much you can SAVE on calories, fat and MONEY...and you can do it faster than it takes to have take out food delivered to your home.
So I will try to make this thing work with that list of food from yesterday. I am serius, my sister in-law, really did loose 23.4 pounds in 8 weeks, and she says she feels healthier and thinner than ever B4.
